If approved, you will be permitted to log into your account with the provided login code.

Clients: Users of the Platform who have created an account and who are interested in buying, selling, or renting a home (“Clients”) with the assistance of a real estate agent associated with The Joseph Team or a franchisee of The Joseph Team Real Estate Franchising, LLC (collectively, the “Agents” and each individually, an “Agent”) may use the Platform to view available homes, share your searches with other Clients or Agents, and communicate with other users of the Platform.
Agents: Real estate agents associated with The Joseph Team or a franchisee of The Joseph Team Real Estate Franchising, LLC (“Agents”) may use their accounts to view properties or searches shared with them by Clients, search for providers of real estate-related products and services, and communicate with other users of the Platform.
