She cares about you and making sure the whole listing process goes smoothly. Tulane is incredible! She was very knowledgeable and helpful. We toured quite a few houses together, and she was always quick to get us in to see a place, and to find all the details. She answered all my questions and made sure that we found a home that we loved.

Tulane's tenacity to get the details right made up for the selling company's laissez faire attitude for the details. Tulane is by far the best realtor in San Diego! She is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, well-connected, and a boss negotiator. The day after contacting her, we went to go look at several listings and found our dream home. The home was very competitive and received multiple offers yet Tulane and her market expertise, helped us win the bid!
